Block Setting & Quilt Assembly:
You should have a total of 16 blocks completed. Sew them together in the following order:

Block 1 Block 2 Block 3 Block 4
Block 4
Rotated		 Block 3 Block 1
Rotated		 Block 3
Rotated
Block 1 Block 2 Block 3 Block 4
Block 4
Rotated		 Block 3 Block 1 Block 3

Cut 2-1/2" strips of the background fabric (#12) for a border. Attach border first to the sides, and then the top and bottom. Layer, quilt and bind as desired.
